What we do, and what it covers.
Five services. The first one gets a business online; the rest are what keep it there.
Custom website design and development
Most small-business sites are a template with someone else’s business swapped out, which is why so many of them read the same. We start from a conversation about what you sell, who buys it, and what you want a visitor to do, and the site gets built around those answers. That means the layout, the order of the pages, and the words are decided for your business rather than inherited from a demo. It also means the site stays fast, because there is no page-builder weight underneath it holding you back.
- A design decided for your business, not adapted from a theme
- Written and laid out for phones first, since that is where your customers are
- A contact form that reaches your inbox without you configuring anything
- Loads fast on a phone with two bars of service
Website hosting
Hosting is the part business owners get stuck with and never asked for: an invoice from a company they have never spoken to, a certificate that expired on a Saturday, a site that is down and nobody to call. We host what we build, so when something goes wrong it is our problem and not yours. You do not get a control panel to learn or a dashboard to check. The site is up, it is fast, it is backed up, and if it ever is not, we already know.
- HTTPS certificate renewed automatically, so the browser never warns your customers away
- Daily backups, so a bad day is an inconvenience and not a rebuild
- Uptime monitoring that tells us before it tells you
- One company to answer for it, and it is the same company that built the site
Ongoing maintenance and updates
A website is not finished at launch, and this is where most of them quietly fall apart. Hours change and the old ones stay up for a year. Prices go stale. Something breaks after an update and nobody notices until a customer mentions it. Maintenance is the standing arrangement that keeps that from happening: we apply the updates, we watch the site, and when you need the holiday hours changed or three new photos added, you send an email and it gets done. This is the difference between hiring someone to build a site and having someone who keeps it working.
- Security and software updates applied as they come out
- Content changes when you need them — hours, prices, photos, a new service
- Someone who answers email and already knows your site
- Small fixes handled before they turn into a site that is down
Local SEO setup
Being findable in Warner Robins is a different job from being findable in general, and it is mostly unglamorous setup work that never gets done. We handle the parts that matter for a local business: the page titles and descriptions that decide whether anyone clicks, the Google Business Profile that puts you on the map listing, and the basic structure that lets search engines understand what you do and where you do it. None of this is a ranking guarantee, and anyone who offers you one is selling something. It is the groundwork that makes it possible.
- Page titles and descriptions written for what people actually search
- Google Business Profile claimed and filled out properly
- Your name, area, and services structured so search engines can read them
- Search Console connected, so there is data instead of guessing
Site redesigns
If you already have a site, you probably also have a reason you avoid it: it looks like the year it was built, it takes too long to load on a phone, or the only person who knew how to change it stopped answering. A redesign does not mean throwing out everything. The copy you wrote, the photos you paid for, and the pages that bring in calls stay. What changes is everything around them, plus the arrangement that made it unmaintainable in the first place. You end up with a site you can ask for changes to, which is usually the real problem.
- We keep the copy, photos, and pages that are already earning their place
- Your existing links keep working, so what you rank for now does not disappear
- Faster on a phone, which is where the old one is usually losing people
- Handed over on hosting and maintenance, so it does not go stale again
